JUAN MANUEL PALERM SALAZAR

Professor of Architectural and project-Design cityscape in the School of Architecture at Las Palmas University (Spain). He is a professor and researcher at the Venice and Trento IUAV University. Director of the Second and the Third Canary Islands Biennial of Architecture, Art and Landscape, director of the Canaries Landscape Observatory and President of UNISCAPE.
He has directed and participated in the European Union's Erasmus and Tempus Phare programs and doctoral courses, postgraduate and International Masters.

 

costa pinto EDUARDO COSTA PINTO

Began his graduate studies in Environmental Engineering, degree in Landscape Architecture from the Higher Institute of Agronomy, Technical University of Lisbon, currently collaborates with the studio PROAP developing a research entitled “Renaturalization of the Landscape”.
His professional activity started in 2007 and since then has collaborated with several studios in Portugal and ltaly, including Margem-Arquitectura Paisagista, D-RECTA Urban Management, PROAP, Promontorio Architects, PROAP Italia and Campos Costa Architects. Since 2011 he has begun working independently conducting Studies and Projects of Landscape Architecture.

Bellmunt JORDI BELLMUNT

He works as architect and landscape architect. Throughout his professional and academic career he has developed a multidisciplinary working methodology, through which has developed from large-scale to small scale projects.
Degree in Architecture: ETSAB, Barcelona, Spain, 1980; Professor of Urban Planning and Landscape Project at UPC, Barcelona, Spain, since 1982; Professor in the Master’s Program in Landscape Architecture (UPC since 1985); Director of the Master’s Program in Landscape Architecture (UPC, Barcelona, Spain since 2000); Director of the Higher Graduate course in Landscape Architecture (UPC 2000-2006); Director in the Master’s Program in Landscape Architecture (ACMA, Milan 2008-2012) Member of the Scientific Committee of the following specialized journals: Paisajismo, Paisea (Spain) - Korezero (Portugal) - Paysage, Architettura del Paesaggio (Italy) Professional Awards: FAD Prize, 1991; Torsanlorenzo, 2006; Alejandro De la Sota, 2007; Ippolito Pizzetti 2008 and 2009; Medal of the Institute of Catalonia Architects, 2010; Territory Award (Territorial Planning Catalan Society, SCOT), 2011 Visiting professor at different Universities and cultural institutions around the world.
